1. Acceptance

By installing or using Popular Games ("the App"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

2. Licence

The VoBot Developers grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Android devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

3. Restrictions

• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App.
• You may not redistribute or resell the App or any part of it.
• You may not use the App for commercial purposes without written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All game logic, UI design, artwork and code in Popular Games are the intellectual property of Vinay Saurabh / The VoBot Developers, protected under applicable copyright law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The VoBot Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
